Art Box Project, San Jose This PG&E Utility Box is located on Forest/Monroe, near the entrance of Westfield Valley Fair Mall in San Jose. I designed and painted the box over a couple of weeks as part of this wonderful project to beautify neighborhoods. Visit them on Facebook. |
